How do I find the correct replacement and wear parts for my filtration system?

If you do know the article number from previous orders or from the list of spare and wearing parts, you can enter it directly in the search field. Alternatively a keyword search can be entered in the search field and the appropriate spare parts can be assigned using the image and the product description. If you only have the type plate, use the designation as a guide and navigate to the appropriate entry in the menu. In the final category, you will only be shown the appropriate items to choose from.

Do I have to re-enter my address data for every order?

No After successfully logging in, click on your user icon and navigate to the address data. The data which are stored here will be used as the standard for new orders.

How can I track my orders?

To reduce the amount of notification emails to a necessary minimum, you will only be informed about the most important changes to your order. However, you can call up your data at any time.

In your personal area in the Orders area you can simply use the display button to view further details on the status of the order.
